Almost four millennia of Savatiano
In the Mesogia Land of Attica, the grape variety Savatiano has been cultivated for almost 4.000 years.
The family organic vineyards cover an area of 6 hectares, giving a low yield per plant.
The white grape varieties are Savatiano and Roditis. The red are Mandilaria and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The soil is mostly clayey sand (SC), slightly alkaline.
The climate is temperate Mediterranean with hot, dry summers and mild winters.
